Two citizens in pre-trial detention lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against the Supreme Court judgment refusing their habeas corpus application, alleging lack of grounds for the measure, failure to review it and expiry of the pre-trial detention time limits. The Court dismissed the appeal, since the file contained an order extending the period and the restrictions on liberty were legitimate, so the judgment breached no constitutional principles, rights or guarantees.
