A Member of Parliament challenged National Assembly Resolution No. 63/19, which approved the loss of her seat for excessive absences, alleging that she had justified them and that there had been no disciplinary proceedings or hearing. The Court dismissed the application, since the President of the National Assembly had ordered disciplinary proceedings and she had been notified three times, including of the charges, without appearing, so there was no breach of the Constitution or the Members' Statute.
