The UNITA Parliamentary Group brought a parliamentary dispute against National Assembly Resolution No. 45/22 regarding the order of precedence of the Vice-Presidents, which assigned the 2nd Vice-Presidency to the MPLA, invoking parliamentary custom, proportional representation and the principles of popular sovereignty and legality. As the National Assembly had meanwhile adopted a new resolution changing that precedence, the Court declared the proceedings closed as moot.
