The appellant brought an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against the judgment of the Civil and Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court ordering a property to be returned to the respondents, claiming she had bought it from the State after its confiscation. The Court dismissed the appeal because the judgment, notified in 2009, had long since become final and the eight-day time limit for appeal had expired, and reviewing it would breach legal certainty and security.
