The UNITA Parliamentary Group requested abstract subsequent review of Articles 25 and 29 of Presidential Decree No. 276/20, which restricted activities, meetings and gatherings on public roads during the COVID-19 public calamity, alleging breaches of rights, freedoms and guarantees. The Court declined to hear the request because the decree had been expressly repealed by Presidential Decree No. 298/20, so there was no relevant interest in a declaration of unconstitutionality without practical effect.
