The Angolan Bar Association (OAA) and the UNITA Parliamentary Group requested subsequent abstract review of provisions of Law No. 13/24 on crimes of vandalism of public property and services, alleging breaches of proportionality, human dignity, criminal legality and the rights to strike and to demonstrate. The Court declared several provisions of that law unconstitutional with generally binding force, for breach of the principles of proportionality, human dignity, equality in sanctions and criminal legality.
