A worker and trade union official, dismissed by Friedlander Angola – Tubos e Montagem, Lda. after disciplinary proceedings linked to his refusal of a temporary transfer, appealed against a judgment of the Labour Chamber of the Supreme Court overturning the first-instance decision, invoking the right to work, job security and non-discrimination. In its reasoning the Court concluded that those rights had not been violated.
