A defendant lodged an extraordinary appeal against Supreme Court orders refusing to admit his ordinary appeal against the duty judge's ruling on the nullity of searches and seizures ordered by the Public Prosecution Service, and his subsequent extraordinary appeal and complaint. The Court declared that it lacked jurisdiction because the orders did not end the proceedings and ordinary remedies had not been exhausted, no complaint having been made to the President of the Supreme Court.
