The Angolan Bar Association (OAA) applied for a declaration of unconstitutionality with generally binding force of Articles 16(5) and 17(2) of the Undercover Operations Law (Law No. 10/20), which reserve to the Public Prosecution Service and the judge the hearing of undercover agents, invoking equality, the adversarial principle and a fair trial. The Court found the restriction legitimate and reasonable, justified by security needs.
