A worker lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a judgment of the Labour Chamber of the Supreme Court upholding his disciplinary dismissal by Sonangol Logística, Lda. for involvement in the diversion of fuel, invoking legality, a fair trial, the adversarial principle, equality, job security and the right to work. The Court dismissed the appeal, finding none of the alleged breaches and noting that the equality issue had not formed part of the subject of the earlier appeal.
