A citizen convicted of homicide lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against the Supreme Court judgment upholding his conviction, alleging lack of evidence of intent to kill and breaches of the right to a fair trial and of the principles of legality and in dubio pro reo. The Court dismissed the appeal, as the alleged errors in assessing evidence did not appear from the decision and it cannot act as a further instance of ordinary appeal.
