The appellant brought an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against the Supreme Court judgment upholding the rejection of an interim measure concerning the out-of-court removal of a company manager, alleging breaches of effective judicial protection, fair trial, the adversarial principle and the separation of powers. The Court dismissed the appeal because the judgment had dealt only with admissibility requirements, not the merits, and it is not for the Constitutional Court to decide matters belonging to the ordinary courts.
