TAAG – Linhas Aéreas de Angola, E.P. lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Labour Chamber judgment of the Supreme Court ordering it to pay wages to a worker, arguing that some claims were time-barred and the reference salary arbitrary, in breach of the right to a fair trial. The Court dismissed the appeal, as the appellant merely disagreed with the interpretation of the General Labour Law and the Court could not reassess the merits.
