Sukulider – Casas de Câmbios, Limitada lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Supreme Court judgment which, setting aside a Benguela Provincial Court decision, declared null the land registration of a property in its name. The Court allowed the appeal and declared the decision unconstitutional: no irregularity in the acquisition or registration had been shown and the public faith of the register protected the appellant, so legality and the right to private property were breached.
