The appellant, dismissed by UNITEL SA, appealed against the Labour Chamber of the Supreme Court's judgment refusing an interim measure to suspend his dismissal, for lack of proof of harm and of periculum in mora, invoking human dignity and the principle of most favourable treatment of the worker. The Court dismissed the appeal because the judgment had only assessed the requirements for the interim measure and the appellant had fully exercised his procedural rights.
