The appellant brought an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against the Supreme Court judgment upholding a decision which, while recognising her ownership of a property, restricted her use and enjoyment of it, alleging breaches of legality, protection of private property and effective judicial protection. The Court dismissed the appeal because the decision resulted from the free assessment of evidence in compliance with legal formalities and the appellant had enjoyed full access to the courts.
