The company Real Sports – Serviços Integrados de Desporto, Lda. lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Supreme Court judgment upholding the decision against it in an action concerning a plot of land, invoking the principles of legality and equality and the right of defence. The Court dismissed the appeal, as the appellant had merely repeated the grounds of its ordinary appeal and had been able to exercise its rights of defence throughout the proceedings.
