A citizen lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Supreme Court judgment upholding the nullity of a property sale contract between the State, the appellant and her late husband for disregard of a statutory right of pre-emption, alleging misapplication of the Civil Code. The Court dismissed the appeal because she had invoked no fundamental principle or right that had been breached, and mere illegality of a decision is not unconstitutionality.
