A citizen appealed against the Supreme Court judgment which, in a dispute over a plot in Viana allocated by the Municipal Administration to two persons, found for the other party, invoking fair trial, private property and the social function of property. The Court dismissed the appeal, holding that this was a private dispute, settled in favour of the first grantee, who had registered the surface right, without infringing the social function of property.
