Radiodifusão Nacional de Angola – E.P. lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Lubango Court of Appeal judgment refusing, on account of the value of the claim, to admit its appeal against an interim measure granted to an employee, invoking legality and the right to a fair trial. Instead of filing submissions, the appellant produced an out-of-court settlement ending the labour dispute. The Court declared the proceedings terminated by withdrawal following the settlement.
