The appellants brought an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a judgment of the Civil, Administrative, Tax and Customs Chamber of the Supreme Court that only partly annulled a deed increasing the share capital of MOVECO, Lda., alleging failure to rule and breaches of effective judicial protection, the duty to state reasons, property and a fair trial. The Court dismissed the appeal because the claim concerned ordinary law and the Court does not review the merits.
