A former employee lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Supreme Court judgment holding that the Civil Chamber of the Cabinda Provincial Court lacked jurisdiction over his damages claim against his former employer for infringement of personality rights, invoking access to law and effective judicial protection. The Court dismissed the appeal because claims arising from the employment relationship fall to the Labour Chamber and access to the courts is exercised under the law governing jurisdiction.
