Hospimed Grupo, Limitada lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Supreme Court judgment dismissing its appeal in special proceedings for restitution of possession, alleging breaches of legality concerning the use of evidence from other proceedings, time limits and joinder of claims, failure to rule, and infringement of the adversarial principle and fair trial. The Court dismissed the appeal, finding that the judgment breached neither legality, effective judicial protection nor the right to a fair trial.
