A group of workers affected by a collective dismissal lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a decision of the Labour Chamber of the Supreme Court, alleging failure to rule on issues, a ruling beyond the claim, partiality and breach of the rights of access to justice, effective judicial protection and a fair trial. The Court dismissed the appeal, since the appellants had had the same procedural opportunities and the lower court had ruled on all the disputed issues.
