A citizen lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Supreme Court judgment that closed, as devoid of purpose, an interlocutory appeal against replacing an interim measure concerning elections in the Angolan Football Federation with a security deposit, invoking legality, adversarial proceedings and fair trial. The Court likewise declared the proceedings closed as devoid of purpose, since the elected bodies were ending their term and new elections had been scheduled.
