A football player whose sports employment contract had ended lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a judgment of the Labour Chamber of the Supreme Court annulling a judgment awarding him claims already paid on the Angolan Football Federation's instructions, alleging contradiction between reasons and decision and overreach. The Court dismissed the appeal, since the judgment was coherently reasoned, stayed within the scope of the claim and did not breach legality, job security or effective judicial protection.
