A citizen ordered, in an action for recovery of property, to return possession of a rural plot lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Supreme Court judgment upholding that decision, arguing that his possession rested on a promissory contract of sale and invoking fair trial, legal certainty, property and equality. The Court dismissed the appeal, since performance of the promissory contract had not been proved and his arguments merely expressed disagreement with the outcome.
