Two individuals and three companies lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against the Supreme Court judgment upholding the refusal of an interim measure concerning the management of a company, for lack of evidence of urgency (periculum in mora), invoking legality, effective judicial protection and a fair trial. The Court dismissed the appeal, as defence and evidentiary guarantees had been ensured and the appellants sought a re-examination of matters already decided, the Court not being a further appeal instance.
