ANGOIMO – Empreendimentos e Construções, Lda. lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Supreme Court judgment dismissing its appeal in a civil liability action against the tenant of a property. The Court allowed the appeal, finding that the decision rested on facts not legally established and failed to reassess the issues raised, in breach of the principle of legality and the right to a fair trial, and remitted the case.
