The appellant brought an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Supreme Court judgment which, in contested divorce proceedings, upheld the award of the family home to her former spouse, relying on the right to housing, equality between spouses and the right to a half share of joint property. The Court dismissed the appeal because, not being a further court of review, it may not assess the facts or the merits, and no breach of constitutional rights was shown.
