A convicted appellant applied for the annulment of Judgment No. 922/2024 for failure to rule, alleging that the Court had not addressed questions on excessive pre-trial detention, the nullity of the Supreme Court judgment, self-incrimination and the transfer of his assets to the State. The Court dismissed the application, as the judgment had addressed the questions raised and the alleged nullity of the Supreme Court judgment had first to be raised in the ordinary courts.
