Three citizens ordered by the Court of Auditors, in proceedings for financial liability, to repay about 203.6 million kwanzas to Porto de Luanda – Empresa Pública and to pay fines, appealed against the judgment of the Plenary of the Court of Auditors, invoking the principles of equality, legality and adversarial proceedings and the right to a fair trial. The Court dismissed the appeal, finding no breach of those principles and rights.
