A citizen lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against the order of the President of the Supreme Court upholding the non-admission, as out of time, of her interlocutory appeal, claiming legitimate impediment because she was abroad and invoking legality, a fair trial and the right to a second level of jurisdiction. The Court dismissed the appeal, as she had appointed a lawyer, so there was no legitimate impediment, and the order complied with the Constitution and the law.
