The appellant, an employee of FMC Kongsberg International, AG – Sucursal de Angola, lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Labour Chamber of the Supreme Court judgment overturning a ruling that declared her dismissal null and ordered reinstatement, because her right of action had lapsed. She invoked access to justice, effective judicial protection and the right to work.
