A citizen lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Labour Chamber judgment of the Supreme Court in third-party opposition proceedings against an attachment of assets, alleging lack of reasoning, failure to rule and disregard of evidence that assets had been dissipated, in breach of Articles 22, 29 and 72 of the Constitution. The Court dismissed the appeal, as the decision was reasoned on the applicable provisions and the alleged defects were not established.
