A citizen lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against the decision of the President of the Luanda Court of Appeal refusing his habeas corpus application, but filed no submissions despite two notifications. The Court was then informed that he had been released after serving his sentence. The Court declared the proceedings terminated as moot, since the subject matter of the appeal no longer existed.
