A worker appealed against a judgment of the Labour Chamber of the Luanda Court of Appeal declining to hear her appeal on the ground that the first-instance decision was not appealable because no value of the claim had been stated, invoking the right of appeal and effective judicial protection. The Court allowed the appeal, since the inadmissibility had no express legal basis, and remitted the case so that the irregularity concerning the value of the claim could be remedied.
