The company FILJESS – Comércio e Serviços, Limitada brought an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a judgment of the Benguela Court of Appeal in interim proceedings for an inventory of vehicles, alleging reliance on unlawful evidence and breaches of equality, legality, the adversarial principle, private property and effective judicial protection. The Court dismissed the appeal because the company had not proved ownership of the vehicles and had not been prevented from exercising its procedural guarantees.
