The company AKML – Prestação de Serviços, Limitada lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Benguela Court of Appeal judgment upholding the summary rejection of its application to suspend an administrative act, on the grounds that the Benguela Provincial Government lacked capacity to be a party and the Director of the Governor's Office lacked standing, invoking the principle of legality. The Court dismissed the appeal because the decision was duly reasoned on the applicable legal provisions.
