The appellant, a teacher dismissed from the civil service by order of the Minister of Education following disciplinary proceedings, lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against the judgment of the Plenary and Appeal Court of the Supreme Court upholding the dismissal, invoking legality, legal certainty, effective judicial protection and proportionality.
