MULTIPARQUES – Terminais, Parques e Armazenagem, Lda brought an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Supreme Court judgment which, on an appeal on points of law, held service valid and upheld a default judgment against it. The Court allowed the appeal because the Supreme Court had admitted and decided that appeal without its requirements being met and without notifying the company of the opposing submissions, breaching legality and fair trial, and remitted the case.
