The company Algoa Cabinda Fabrication Services, Lda. lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against the Supreme Court Labour Chamber judgment rejecting its application for review of a Luanda Court of Appeal decision ordering it to pay workers arrears of holiday and Christmas allowances. The Court deemed the appeal abandoned for failure to file submissions, which made it impossible to identify the constitutional grounds of the alleged unconstitutionality.
