CETENCO – Engenharia, Construção Civil e Obras Públicas, Lda. lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Benguela Court of Appeal judgment upholding a preventive attachment ordered against it, alleging failure to assess the evidence and breaches of equality, legality, property, effective judicial protection and proportionality. The Court dismissed the appeal because the appellant merely disagreed with the interpretation of the law, the substantive questions being reserved for the main proceedings.
