A married couple appealed against the Supreme Court judgment upholding an order that they return to the claimants possession of the terrace and corridor of an urban building they occupied, alleging breaches of legality, equality and fair trial, and of the rights to housing and to protection in old age. The Court dismissed the appeal because the right to housing does not override third parties' right of property where there is no title justifying the occupation.
