Angoalissar Comércio e Indústria, Lda. lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a judgment of the Labour Chamber of the Supreme Court dismissing its ordinary appeal. After the appeal was admitted, the appellant filed no submissions, either within the time set or within the additional time granted. Lacking any basis on which to examine the alleged unconstitutionality, and noting the breach of the duty to cooperate, the Court declared the appeal lapsed for failure to file submissions and the proceedings terminated.
