Sonangol Distribuidora, S.A. lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a judgment of the Labour Chamber of the Supreme Court which, disapplying as unconstitutional Article 307 of the General Labour Law on prior conciliation, overturned the first-instance decision. The Court dismissed the appeal, as the proper remedy was an ordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality, which had not been lodged, and no direct breach of constitutional rights or principles by the judgment had been shown.
