A citizen acting as administrator of an estate lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Supreme Court judgment upholding the dismissal, as time-barred, of her action for restitution of possession of a property in Benguela. She invoked effective judicial protection, fair trial and the right to private property. The Court dismissed the appeal, finding no curtailment of procedural rights and noting that she could still bring an action to recover ownership, which is not time-barred.
