A co-heir lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Supreme Court judgment that approved a settlement he had concluded with Prominvest, Lda. and terminated the proceedings also in respect of the State, alleging the absence of any expropriation act and a breach of the right to property. The Court dismissed the appeal, as the appellant had received fair compensation under the settlement, and considered his conduct contrary to good faith and procedural fairness.
