A citizen lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Supreme Court judgment upholding an order that she pay the equivalent of USD 35,000 in compensation for pre-contractual liability under a promissory contract of sale, alleging breaches of equality, effective judicial protection, fair trial and legal certainty. The Court dismissed the appeal, as she merely disagreed with the merits without showing that any rule had been applied in a sense incompatible with the Constitution.
