The President of the Constitutional Court of Angola, Justice Laurinda Monteiro Cardoso, took part in the International Symposium held on 5 and 6 December 2022 in the city of Algiers, at the invitation of her Algerian counterpart, Omar BELHADJ.
At the Symposium, held to mark the first anniversary of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Algeria, the President of the Constitutional Court of Angola, Laurinda Monteiro Cardoso, spoke about the conditions existing in Angola regarding citizens' access to constitutional justice in defence of their rights and freedoms.
